Fellow ACFA North Central Region Members,

We’re near the deadline for casting ballots for the 2010 election and changes to the bylaws, registration rules, and show rules. If you haven’t yet sent in your ballot, please take the time to do it now.

Remember that the ballot must be received in Central Office by 9:00 AM on Monday, December 13. However, because of the mail delivery schedule, you should plan for your ballot to arrive by Friday, December 10, to be sure it will be counted.

For the convenience of those who may have misplaced their ballots, I’ve attached the pages of the October bulletin that include the ballots, candidate statements, and proposed changes. Please pay close attention to the voting procedure on page 4, including the information that must be in the return address area of the envelope and the special address to which ballots must be sent – NOT the standard ACFA Central Office address.
